I am Sarah-Jane, founder of Ashala Yoga. I personally run yoga classes, events & workshops across Hampshire, but Ashala also hosts online guest sessions with talented partners across the globe. Each session has its own unique style & personal feel, but at every class you will be invited find ‘home’ in your physical body & to allow the busy mind to slow down & re-centre, whilst stretching & strengthening your body. All yoga & mediation levels are welcome. We look forward to seeing you on the mat & sharing space with you!
Mind & Body Flow: Boyatt Lane Scout Hut
Give yourself the opportunity and gift to nurture and nourish yourself. You will be held in a safe and warm environment, to work through a series of postures that move from flow, into relaxation. The class is designed to bring energy into areas of depletion, vibrancy into areas of stagnation and leave you with a sense of calm.
Sunday Recharge: Southampton CrossFit
Sore muscles and a tired mind? This Sunday evening class offers you the opportunity to restore and recharge for the week ahead. Expect to move into areas of tightness and release and relieve tension and stresses held in the tissues. This class will leave you rested, positive, ready to tackle the week ahead!
Stretch Yoga: GeeFit Eastleigh
Strength without flexibility can create muscular tightness and restriction of movement. This stretch-based class is designed to work into the fascia of your body to enhance movement functionality to aid recovery and improve training results! Leave feeling freer in body and mind.
